Travelling by car

Coming from the A9, take the Bayreuth-Süd (AS 42) exit and turn onto the B2 towards Bayreuth. Follow Dr.-Konrad-Pöhner-Straße until it turns right into Universitätsstraße after about 1 km. At the next junction turn left towards the University. For further orientation, please use our campus map.

Reaching us on public transport

From Bayreuth main station take a bus towards the city centre to ZOH (Central bus station). From there, bus lines 304, 306 and 310 go to the University. Bus line 316 runs directly between the Central Train Station and the campus. There are several bus stops on campus (see campus map).
